Anti-Virus Standard
1.0 Overview

4.0 Standard
4.1 Basic Information
- NEVER open any files or macros from an unknown, suspicious or untrustworthy source. Delete these attachments immediately, then "double delete" them by emptying your Trash.
- Never download files from unknown or suspicious sources.
- Avoid direct disk sharing with read/write access unless there is absolutely a business requirement to do so.
- Always scan external media (ex. thumb drives, external hard drives) from an unknown source for viruses before using it.

All non-亚洲色图 State owned machines that connect to any 亚洲色图 State University network must have approved anti-virus and anti-spyware 亚洲色图s installed and updated with the latest definitions.
