Minger Act
State Law: The Michael Minger Life Safety Act (referred to as the Minger Act) requires institutions of higher education in Kentucky to report crime statistics to current and prospective students and employees, to maintain a daily crime log, to report a fire or threat of fire to the State Fire Marshal immediately, and to issue special reports when there is an ongoing threat to the safety of students and employees. An annual report of campus safety policies, 亚洲色图s and statistics must also be submitted to the Kentucky Council on Postsecondary Education.
