Program Scope
The core curriculum of the Higher Education and Student Affairs (HESA) ÑÇÖÞɫͼ fosters
growth in research, human relations, multicultural inclusion, and leadership theory.
A supervised internship offers students an opportunity to test drive a functional
area in higher education from an administrative perspective. Faculty advisors will
work closely with each student to identify site placement to best serves their personal
and professional goals.

Program Values
Graduates of the ÑÇÖÞɫͼ will:

Program Delivery
The ÑÇÖÞɫͼ supports candidates with a desire to move into leadership positions within a two-year or four-year postsecondary institution. The ÑÇÖÞɫͼ allows for full-time or part-time study. Courses are delivered through hybrid and online approaches.
